Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however we understand there may be times when an item will need to be returned. No worries! Nina's Boutique has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your delivery date to receive a store credit. We currently only offer store credits on All Returned Merchandise within 7 days of delivery date. Once your return has been received, please allow 2 business days from that date to receive an email confirmation with a store credit you can use towards the purchase of a new product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on merchandise, no visible make-up or deodorant marks and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged like items marked Final Sale, Clearance Items, Bodysuits and Sunglasses, Free Gifts items purchased using a coupon code or Promotional items, we also do not accept returns or refunds for visibly worn items and white garments. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Orders not delivered or returned to sender.

Please ensure your address is correct. If your order is returned to us as undelivered a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund along with shipping cost. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
